Short sales are completed at No Cost to the seller. The fees and commissions are paid from the proceeds of the sale. The contract price is subject to bank/lender approval. Currently, I am listed with Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase and CitiMortgage as a Short Sale Professional Agent. Selling a property as a Short Sale is not a process for just any real estate agent. I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) that can help.
Auction Date Near: If you have waited until a few months before the auction to contact us and you think you are out of time, we can still help.
